Room temperature control is a significant issue!!! Parking facilities are confusing and inadequate!!! The lobby feels like a temporary space without a cozy seating area!!! Bar hours are disappointingly limited for evening relaxation!!!

The view from my room was amazing, waking up to the river outside was just perfect! 💖 I enjoyed the clean and cozy space, but breakfast could've been warmer.

I had a lovely one-night stay. The room was clean, comfy, and had a nice view of the river which was a sweet way to wake up. Only downside was the lukewarm breakfast.

this hotel is such a gem! like, the character and charm are super nostalgic. the staff were really helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was amaze like last time! love the comfy beds and the nice marble bathrooms. plus, even when the restaurant was closed, they gave us a great tip for dinner nearby which was awesome.

The cleaning was top-notch, ensuring a pleasant environment during our stay. Dinner on New Year's Eve exceeded expectations, with delightful dishes and elegant service. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The city view from our room was a lovely touch, enhancing our overall experience.

The standard double room was spacious with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and comfy beds. Loved the sauna and fitness center after a long day. Breakfast had a great selection. The lobby was well-decorated but lacked a lounging area to relax with a drink.

A good pick for a quick stay in Gavle with definitely value for money. The breakfast buffet was truly impressive, offering a range of delicious options. Be sure to ask about parking arrangements ahead of time to avoid confusion.
